The Independent Complaints Reviewer is Sally Hobbs. Complaints relating to Inspectorate and Prosecutions may be referred to her provided they meet certain criteria. Referrals can only occur if all three levels of the complaints procedure have been exhausted, and when a complainant has suffered a personal injustice. You will need to advise us that you are dissatisfied with the reply received at Level 3 within 15 working days of its date.
