We believe you are calling with a query that our information service, our virtual assistant, could help you with.


You can use our virtual assistant to find your nearest vets, council, police or fire and rescue as well as answer most animal welfare questions.
 

If your query turns out to be related to an animal in need, you will be asked to record the details online, via our Report Cruelty page.


Our aim is to make sure that our staff give priority to emergency calls and that our inspectors are sent to animals in greatest need.

Our virtual assistant is online 24 hours a day to help you find the information and advice you're looking for.

You can find information on domestic and wild animals as well as advice about general pet care, animal welfare law, animal rehoming and vet care. You can also find details of local vets, council, police and fire and rescue services in your area. 

Our online virtual assistant is available to answer your queries day or night, you won’t even have to pick up the phone.
