The Great North Run is one of the largest half-marathons in the world. It's famous for the fantastic atmosphere around every part of the course with thousands of spectators there to cheer you over the finish line.
Charity places
Take on the iconic Great North Run as part of RSPCA Team Animal! We'll be there to cheer you round the course on event day with our themed cheer station. By raising money for the RSPCA you'll be helping us create a world that's kinder to animals.
We have a limited number of Great North Run places available. We would love you to join us as part of Team Animal and raise the vital funds needed to help more animals.
There's a minimum fundraising target of £350, we'll be on hand to support you with ideas and resources to make your fundraising easy and fun! The money raised from this event will help us rescue, rehabilitate and rehome or release more animals when they need us most.

Got your own place in the race? We would love you to join Team Animal and fundraise for the RSPCA using your own place. You can set your own fundraising target and will receive an RSPCA team animal running vest once you raise £50 plus all the great Team Animal benefits listed below.
