Host a quiz

Read our guidance on holding your own quiz. Gather your group of friends, find a venue, tell everyone and off you go!

Bake sale

Take a look at all our awesome cake sale fundraising tools including cake flags, bunting and posters to help promote your cake sale and make it stand out from the crowd.

We've also got you covered when it comes to recipes. So no matter your baking ability we've got a recipe for you, from the simple to the show stopping.

Golf tournament

This is a great way to get to know people. Charge for teams to enter. Once the tournament is over, you can give an informal talk, ask for donations and hold a raffle. You could also ask local businesses to sponsor a hole and have their logo on posters and advertising materials.

Bingo

Host a good old fashioned bingo game and raise money for all animals.  You could even add a theme, such as animals or even cake bingo.

Raise money through admissions, selling bingo sheets and refreshments.

Gala event or masquerade ball

Go big! Organise your own gala evening or event such as a masquerade ball. Use our event checklist to help set up your event, promote it and most importantly check if it will bring the pounds in. You can also use our posters and invitation cards to help spread the word.

You can also contact our events team, who are on hand to help with any questions or extra fundraising materials you may need, or just to help settle those pre-event nerves. Email fundraisers-support@rspca.org.uk

Second-hand sale

Ask for donations of pre-loved books and host a sale. All you need is a busy location, books and price tags.

Use our tent information cards to display on the tables and tell everyone what their donations could pay for.

Sporting event

Hold your football, cricket, or rounders match in aid of us.

Other ideas

Other ideas include karaoke night, painting party or dance off.

Why support the RSPCA?

For over 200 years, we’ve been campaigning for a world where all animals are treated with kindness and compassion.

As the RSPCA receives almost no government funding, we rely on public and corporate support to continue our vital work. The money you raise through fundraising events helps us rescue animals from cruelty and neglect, provide specialist treatments and medications, fund round-the-clock care and keep each animal healthy and happy.
