Your Autumn Sponsorship Update

Your Sponsorship is changing dogs’ lives at our animal centres this autumn. Read on to meet Caesar, and see what your support is making possible.

Still waiting for their person

Some larger dogs can wait up to seven times longer* for a forever home than smaller dogs. Not because they have less love to give, but because they’re often judged before they’re even met.

Misconceptions about certain dogs – that they’re too big, 'boisterous', or need too much exercise – mean some of the most affectionate, playful dogs in our centres are passed over time and again. Caesar is one of them. He’s been with us for over a year, still hoping his person will walk through the door.

Find a pet

This Adoptober, could someone you know open their door to a rescue pet? Sharing this page might be the thing that changes an animal’s life forever.

Careful with pumpkins

Did you know that leftover pumpkins can be harmful to hedgehogs? Please dispose of them safely. Get more autumn animal advice here.
