Concern about cruelty to an animal
Answer:
If you are concerned about the ill treatment of an animal, please ring our 24-hour cruelty and advice line 0300 1234 999. The RSPCA treats all reports in the strictest confidence.
We will ask you for the following information:
- your name and address (you may remain anonymous, but it helps us greatly if you can provide your details - these will not be disclosed to anyone outside the RSPCA)
- the name and address of the owner or keeper of the animal
- the animal's location
- a description of the animal
- a description of the animal's circumstances and / ill treatment.
