If you need to report cruelty or an injured animal there is certain information we need to investigate.

Make a complaint

We aim to ensure that any complaints are identified quickly and dealt with in accordance with our complaints handling procedure. Please read Complaints handling - your questions answered (PDF 35 KB) for more information.

If your complaint is about an RSPCA animal centre or hospital then you can talk with the centre manager or contact them in writing. Find contact details for our centres.

Use our secure online facility via My RSPCA - log in with your email address and a password of your choice, choose Enquiries to create a new enquiry and select the Service Complaint category. In order to receive an online reply from us, My RSPCA users are asked to register by submitting data about themselves. Certain data is mandatory (eg. name) and certain data is optional (eg. telephone number).
