We’re delighted to announce we’ve been voted winners in the Website of the year awards 2011.

This year, 268 websites were nominated in 22 categories. More than 95,000 votes were cast between Monday, 3 October and Friday, 11 November.

Best website of the year

We were voted winners of the award ‘best website of the year’ within the charities category. Those who voted for us highlighted our site as having the highest average score for the combined factors of:

  • content
  • navigation
  • design
  • recommendation likelihood.

This is the second consecutive year we’ve won the Website of the year awards, the largest international people’s choice award initiative by online market research agency Metrix lab.

Thank you!

Thank you to everyone who voted for us. Our supporters make what we do possible.
