Clinic in a Box is an exciting project supported by RSPCA International to set up a new veterinary clinic in Malawi, south-east Africa.

The current clinic is under a tent, with no electricity or running water. The new clinic will mean better care for animals that really need help.

As a charity, we are looking for donations of everything; including an x-ray machine, dog beds, medicines and more.

Everything will be packed into a huge shipping container and go from the UK to Malawi - literally a 'clinic in a box'!

Clinic in a Box on The Wright Stuff Extra

See for yourself exactly why this clinic is so important by watching The Wright Stuff Extra with Gabby Logan on Thursday, 15 September on Channel 5 from 11.10am.

In the programme we have joined forces with TV vet and LSPCA patron, Joe Inglis, who will explain about the project and the work of the LSPCA (Lilongwe Society for the Protection and Care of Animals).

There will be some film clips of Joe at the mobile clinics when he was out in Malawi in 2009, and then he will chat about the LSPCA and the new clinic project.

This short video of Joe Inglis treating animals in Malawi shows why this clinic is desperately needed:
