Rabbit Awareness Week

Rabbit Awareness Week (RAW) is an annual week of events run by participating vets, retailers and rescue centres, that aims to raise awareness of the welfare needs of pet rabbits.

Rabbit Awareness Week runs from 23 to 29 May and this year’s hot topic is rabbit behaviour.

Who is involved in RAW?

RAW is organised by Burgess Pet Care and this year the RSPCA is one of the official supporting partners. The other official partners of RAW include the PDSA, the Blue Cross, Wood Green Animal Shelters, Rabbit Welfare Association and Fund (RWAF), Burgess Excel, Panacur Rabbit and Petplan Insurance.
