Badgers - "Back off badgers!" back to current campaigns

The Welsh Assembly Government have announced a badger cull in Wales as part of a strategy to tackle bovine tuberculosis (bTB) in cattle. Ministers in England are still to decide whether to go ahead with a cull of badgers as a way of helping to control bovine TB in cattle.

The RSPCA is concerned that a cull could cause enormous suffering, particularly if methods such as snaring are used to 'remove' these beautiful creatures.

You can find out why the UK government is considering allowing badgers to be killed in 'badger information' on the right hand side.

Tell the government to 'back off badgers' and sign our petition against the slaugher of badgers, today. click here.

Let's show the UK government that the public is opposed to this proposal! Please use our quick and simple lobbying tool, on the right hand side, to contact your MP

Thank you for your support.
