Mallydams Wood
Mallydams Wood is a well established wildlife rehabilitation centre, education centre and woodland nature reserve. Find out more about our history.
Visiting Mallydams Wood
Visitors can enjoy guided walks through the surrounding 55 acres of woodland, go out badger watching, take trips to nearby farms or beaches or even spend a few days at the centre’s residential accommodation.
However, because welfare of the animals is our priority, we can’t allow the public to tour the wildlife centre. Too much human contact can prevent animals from making a full recovery.
However, supervised visits to support vocational courses or groups can be booked in advance. Or you can watch what the wildlife in our care gets up to when we're not around in our CCTV footage.
