Hallie

Hallie was adopted from our Danaher Animal Home in February 2012.

Not much was know about Hallie, a six-year-old Jack Russell x Chihuahua, when she came into our care. She had been found and was assumed to be a stray.

Her new owner had had to recently put down her own dog, a 16-year-old Yorkie, and had spent six weeks thinking about whether to get a new dog or to go travelling. However after seeing Hallie on our website she decided that Hallie would be the best choice for her.

The first three months walking out were worrying, with her wanting to fight every dog. This is now controlled and now she wants to kiss every dog.

Hallie is adorable, strangers stop to admire her thinking she is a pup.

I am so pleased I have Hallie, she has brightened my life and settled in well with me.
