Paulie

Ginger longhaired cat Paulie has finally found a comfy sofa to curl up on after spending a year in our care.

Paulie is a stunning 10-year-old ginger longhaired cat who was in the care of our Macclesfield, South East Cheshire and Buxton Branch.

 

He was being fostered in Macclesfield as the branch does not have boarding facilities of its own.

Paulie's background

Paulie was transferred to our Macclesfield Branch via another RSPCA branch that was too full to take him in.

This distinguished older gentleman is in good health and absolutely loves people and lots of affection. He was a firm favourite with his fosterers and cattery staff because of his good nature. 

He was in our care for far too long and staff at the branch were completely flummoxed as to why Paulie kept being overlooked.

Finally Paulie has found a comfy sofa to curl up on with his new owner and enjoy his twilight years.

His new owner will have to groom Paulie regularly to keep his gorgeous long coat in tip-top condition, but they don’t mind as Paulie is their perfect match.
