Bramley was found in filthy conditions

Bramley’s early life was full of neglect. Left in dirty surroundings, he was a sick and scared puppy suffering at the hands of cruel humans. Fortunately, thanks to kind people like you, Bramley is now happy, healthy and in a home that he loves.

One call saved his life

We found Bramley standing in a filthy enclosure. He was a scared and bedraggled puppy with deep wounds on his paws and an eye infection. He shied away from us initially, and growled in pain when we tried to help him.

We rushed him to our RSPCA Woodside branch for specialist care. Hayley Warren, Woodside’s vet, gave Bramley medication, check-ups and plenty of affection. His health significantly improved and he grew in confidence, too.

Now, Bramley is safe and loved thanks to supporters like you. By donating today, you can transform the lives of more animals in desperate need, in situations just like Bramley’s.

When Bramley was brought in, he was very dirty and skinny. Until we reached him, he hadn’t been socialised at all.

before

When we rescued Bramley, he was poorly, underweight and living in filth – a quiet, scared puppy who’d never known affection.

After

Today, Bramley is fit, healthy and gets plenty of love and fuss from his owner, Melissa. And he loves playing with other dogs.

Bringing hope to animals

Once Bramley was fit and well enough, he was rehomed by Melissa. Today, he’s unrecognisable from the tiny, scared puppy we rescued.

“Melissa loves lurchers and fell for Bramley as soon as she saw him,” says Hayley. “He’s a much bigger boy now at 25kg! He’s still in training for some behaviour issues, which is not surprising as he hadn’t been socialised, and he’s doing so well.”

Bramley loves holiday trips, running and playing with Melissa’s other dog. Thanks to supporters like you, he’s blossomed into the happy, healthy dog he was always meant to be.
