Adopt an RSPCA animal

***CORONAVIRUS - UPDATED 5.11.20***

As per government and DEFRA guidance as of today we will be closed to visitors once again and will revert back to our remote rehoming system which was very successful during Lockdown 1, many systems of which we had carried on with!

Our phone line at RSPCA Brent Knoll Animal Centre will still be answered between 11am and 1pm DAILY - 01278 782671.

We will continue food/litter sales - to enquire about either of these please where possible continue to email us at enquiries@rspcanorthsomerset.org.uk or message us directly on Facebook (RSPCA North Somerset Branch). We can then take payment and arrange a time for you to collect from our main gates.

We have been pleased to be able to rehome animals through lockdown using our new adapted process and we will continue to do so. Please click on the link and carefully read the current adoption process. The animals featured on our website are the only ones we are currently looking to find homes for. This is a very different system and will need a careful and detailed approach. https://www.rspca.org.uk/findapet/rehomeapet/process

We will be once again delivering animals to their new homes. This means the 1 hour travel time is back in place. Before you enquire about one of our animals please check your travel distance to us (postcode TA9 4BL) we are unable to make any exceptions.

If you have animal welfare concerns, please call our national cruelty line for advice: 0300 1234 999

Our staff will be strictly following guidelines and self isolating if showing any symptoms or vulnerable in age or health. Currently there is no evidence that animals are affected by Covid-19.

Brent Knoll Animal Centre, Brent Road, Brent Knoll, Highbridge, TA9 4BL

Before they are re-homed, all of our animals are health checked, neutered, micro-chipped and vaccinated (where appropriate).

If you can't find the pet you're looking for now, check back regularly to see if your perfect match has become available. Or visit Find a pet to view other animals in the RSPCA's care across England and Wales who are looking for a new home.
