Adopt an RSPCA animal
***CORONAVIRUS - UPDATED 12.9.20***
We are delighted to announce that as of Tuesday 15th September our phone line at RSPCA Brent Knoll Animal Centre will be back on and answered between 11am and 1pm DAILY - 01278 782671.
As a result of the pandemic there will be changes to our services. We will continue to operate an appointment only service for accepting animals in, re-homing and food/litter sales - to enquire about either of these please where possible continue to email us at email@example.com or message us directly on Facebook (RSPCA North Somerset Branch).
We have been pleased to be able to rehome animals through lockdown using our new adapted process and we will continue to do so. Please click on the link and carefully read the current adoption process. The animals featured on our website are the only ones we are currently looking to find homes for. We are working to a reduced team of staff so please do bare with us. This is a very different system and will need a careful and detailed approach. https://www.rspca.org.uk/findapet/rehomeapet/process
We are able to allow collections of animals on site at Brent Knoll Animal Centre on their adoption day. (During lockdown we had been delivering animals to their new homes!). This means we are no longer restricted to a 1 hour travel time however for rabbits and small animals we still prefer to rehome locally to reduce travel stress for them.
If you have animal welfare concerns, please call our national cruelty line for advice: 0300 1234 999.
Our staff will be strictly following guidelines and self isolating if showing any symptoms or vulnerable in age or health. Currently there is no evidence that animals are affected by Covid-19.

Before they are re-homed, all of our animals are health checked, neutered, micro-chipped and vaccinated (where appropriate).
If you can't find the pet you're looking for now, check back regularly to see if your perfect match has become available. Or visit Find a pet to view other animals in the RSPCA's care across England and Wales who are looking for a new home.
