How we help local animals
We offer one off help with emergency veterinary/financial assistance to help animals most in need in our branch area. To qualify you must live within the Walsall RSPCA branch area (WS1 to WS9) and be in reciept of either Housing/Council Tax benefit, ESA, JSA, Pension credit, Income Support or Universal credit. You would need to use our designated vets within the Walsall area. We do not cover bills at your own vets once treatment has already taken place. Please note there is a set limit on the amount we help towards the vet bill and in most cases we cannot cover the full amount.
We also promote responsible pet ownership through offering assistance with neutering. We run a low cost neutering scheme for dogs/cats/rabbits/ferrets and guinea pigs. To qualify you do need to live within postcodes WS1 to WS9 and be in reciept of either Housing/Council Tax benefit, ESA, JSA, Pension credit, Income Support r Universal credit. We can send you a voucher for 50% of the neutering cost for your animal. You would need to use our designated vets within the Walsall area to get your animal neutered. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
We hold microchipping campaigns through out the year. If you have a pet who needs microchipping please email us for further information.
