SHOP MANAGER POST (WESTON-SUPER-MARE)

The RSPCA North Somerset Branch is one of a network of branches that are totally independent, registered charities, operating under the guidance of the National RSPCA. The Branch is run autonomously and is responsible for generating its own income to support the wide range of animal welfare activities that take place within its animal accommodation (dogs/cats/small animals), and in the community. 

Our charity shops are an important presence on the high street, raising precious funds to support our mission and connecting us to the communities in which we work.

We are looking for individuals with customer service experience to lead in managing our popular shop in Whitecross Road, Weston-super-Mare.

THE ROLE

As Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your shop's success. You will work closely with your line manager to develop and deliver strategies to maximise donations and sales, and to connect customers with the charity and the impact of their support. 

You will be responsible for managing stock, merchandising and charity messaging. And you will motivate your team of staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.

THE DETAILS

Hours:    21 hours per week worked over three days (Thursday – Saturday)

Salary:    £12.87/hour
