About us
Your local RSPCA branch
Our RSPCA Hillingdon, Slough, Windsor, Kingston and District branch covers a busy area of over 150 square miles. It runs a rehoming facility and an animal clinic in Uxbridge which provides subsidised care for the pets of people who meet the strict eligibility criteria.
The branch operates two charity shops, one in Uxbridge and one in Denham which are the main source of branch income. We need to raise around £1 million each year to deliver our animal welfare work.
The branch delivers an amazing amount of animal welfare work. In 2025, it rehomed over 400 animals, provided over 4,000 veterinary treatments, neutered over 1,000 and micro-chipped over 500.
We support RSPCA inspectors and Animal Rescue Officers, and police, fire and ambulance staff.
The branch has recently become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation and is registered with the Charity Commission.
The RSPCA: Did you know?
The RSPCA consists of the national Society which has responsibility for the uniformed inspectorate, the national call centre, and a number of animal and wildlife centres. Additionally, there is a network of over 140 RSPCA branches, all of which are separately registered charities run by a committee of volunteer trustees. The branches provide over 75% of the RSPCA’s rehabilitation and rehoming work. Each branch covers a specified area, and is responsible for raising all the funds it needs each year to deliver its animal welfare work.
