HOW TO ADOPT FROM BATH CATS & DOGS HOME
We’re an independent branch of the RSPCA, so please head to our website to find out more about our adoption process, and to use our application form.
Meet Flossie, a beautiful lady with a gentle soul and a heart full of love to give. She’s affectionate and truly enjoys human company—she was a lap cat in her previous home and would love nothing more than to share quiet companionship once she feels safe.
Flossie is used to a calm and quiet environment and can be a little worried at first in new surroundings. She’ll benefit from starting off in a secure room to help get her bearings. Once she feels secure in that space and with her new person present, she’ll be ready to explore more of the home at her own pace.
Though she may be shy to begin with, Flossie is a sweet and affectionate girl who blossoms with kindness and time. She’s looking for someone who can offer her the peaceful, loving home she deserves in her golden years.
Flossie previously came from a rural area and has minimal road sense, so must be adopted to quiet area and an area away from any fast/sporadic roads. To stop her wandering back near her old home, Flossie cannot be rehomed to some areas in Chippenham.
A note from Flossie's fosterer:
Flossie is a beautiful, gentle and sophisticated soul. She loves her own company but will always approach you to show affection through a head bump and a brush of her bushy tale. At night, she enjoys needing her way onto your lap and keeping you company. She adores her food and is perfectly house trained. You’ll always know where to find her and you’ll always feel safe in her company
