This summer we have launched our Cancel out Cruelty appeal. Education and prevention are key to making sure we create a world that's kinder to animals, which is why we are joining forces with the Daily Mirror to urge people to sign our petition to get animal welfare taught in schools.

Teach animal welfare in education

Only when we create a kinder generation of people, will we create better lives for animals now and in the future. We call upon the Governments in England and Wales to take the necessary action that ensures all young people have the opportunity to learn about how animals should be treated with care and compassion.
