About Me

Breed: Domestic Shorthair crossbreed
Colour: Black and White
Age: 4 Years (approx)
Ref: 5230

Meet our lovely lady, Melanie. Sadly, she found herself in our care as her owner could no longer care for her.

When she first arrived, she was nervous, and she spent a lot of time hiding. It took her some time  for her to gain some confidence and still now she can be easily spooked but we think this will improve once in a home environment and she gets to know her new family more and finally has a home to call her own with a comfy sofa to curl up on.

Once she gets to know you, she happily accepts fusses, and she enjoys it. She just needs a gentle approach.

Melanie is an independent lady, who will take herself off when she’s had enough and will happily spend time on her own. Sleeping seems to be her favorite pastime.

She will make a lovely companion for someone who will allow her to come for fusses when she wants but is also happy to let her have her own time.

Melanie would be best suited to a quiet adult-only home, where she can continue to grow in confidence.
She has recently had some dental reatment and may require more in the future.

Once settled, she will enjoy a safe garden to explore away from busy roads and railways.

If you think you could be Melanies happy ever after, then please apply following the link below.
