Athos and Cookie were bonded on site after both arriving in larger herds who weren't compatible. Athos originally came in with his brothers and Cookie with her sisters. It makes us incredible happy to see that they are now starting to become braver, while living in a healthier social structure.

Both Athos and Cookie can be shy but do show some confidence around food time which acts as a great tool to building confidence around people. We are looking for a calm owner who can respect their boundaries as a prey species and give them the space they sometimes need.

Athos and Cookie will benefit from continued socialising in the home (we use hand feeding as a good bonding opportunity) to ensure they can be happy and conformtable in their new environment.

We would consider a home where Athos and Cookie can be bonded with other females, but they are unable to live with other male guinea pigs. Bonding to an existing herd would done with the guidance and help of our team via a slow and thorough process to ensure all guinea pigs are happy.

They would also be very happy living as a pair with no other guinea pigs.
