🐱🐶 Update from us...

As part of our ongoing commitment to strong governance and transparency, RSPCA Stockport, East Cheshire and West Derbyshire Branch has recently become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). This means the branch is now a registered legal entity in its own right, which strengthens how we operate and protects our trustees by limiting personal liability. Becoming a CIO allows us to manage our resources more effectively, make decisions more efficiently, and continue delivering the highest standards of animal welfare across our local area.

As a result of this transition, we will not be holding an Annual General Meeting this year. Our next Annual General Meeting will take place in 2027.

You might have noticed we’ve been a bit quieter at Tesco Portwood lately 👀They’re currently giving another brilliant charity a turn (sharing is caring ❤️), so our food collection there is paused for now.But don’t worry you can still help in a really easy way! ✨
