Rocco is a sweet and affectionate boy who thrives once he's built a bond with his people. He sadly came to us as part of a cruelty case but despite his past, he's incredibly loving and loyal once he feels safe. Rocco is looking for a special, adult-only home where he can continue to grow in a calm and supportive environment.

Slightly reserved at first, he will need a family who's willing to invest time into getting to know him through multiple visits to the centre. Rocco can find new surroundings quite scary, so his adopters will have to understand this and introduce him to the wider world at a slower pace.

Once Rocco has formed a connection, he's incredibly loving and enjoys spending time with his favourite humans. He's also a big fan of soft toys and loves to play. Rocco has a keen mind and has already mastered some basic commands such as sit, wait, and touch. He'd love to continue his training in his new home, where he can keep learning and developing new skills.

Rocco would do best as the only pet in an adult-only home, where he can feel secure and comfortable. His ideal family will have patience and experience with dogs, allowing him to adjust at his own pace and thrive in a stable routine. He is a wonderful companion with a lot of potential to bond deeply with the right people.
