About Me

Breed: Domestic Shorthair crossbreed
Colour: Black
Age: 3 Years (approx)
Ref: 266940

Here is our gentle soul Squeaky, she came to us after a welfare concern was raised.
On her arrival Squeaky was very worried and found her start to cattery life quite stressful and remained hidden away from us. However gradually her confidence has grown and she is just the sweetest little darling cat. She now quickly comes out to great us with plenty of head bumps and quivery happy tail.
Although Squeaky is showing lots of positive interactions, in her new home she will need time to settle into her environment before she is ready to start gaining trust with new people so would need a quiet area in the home with plenty of safe hidey spaces to start off with. Due to her initial timidnessand time she needs to feel comfortable we recommend a home with adults or older secondary aged children which would suit her best.
Once settled Squeaky would need outside access so a home away from busy roads and railways would be needed.
Squeaky arrived to the centre with other cats but we quickly noticed she was not that bonded, so we feel she may prefer to be the only cat in the home and not to live with dogs as this would be far to overwhelming for her.
