Coronavirus Update 07/11/20

Due to the second lockdown situation, we are now operating under special conditions again.

 CLINIC

Our Hillingdon Clinic is still seeing clients for emergency treatment, but we are unable to offer boosters or first vaccinations until the lockdown period has ended. Please contact us if your pet requires a second vaccination. Only one person is permitted into our reception area with any animal, and face coverings are mandatory. If you are exempt from wearing a mask, our vet will consult with you outside and the pet will be taken into the clinic. We have provided hand sanitiser, which must be used on entry. Please wait in the reception area while the vet assesses your pet, and stay behind the marked lines, to protect yourself and our staff. If you have come into contact with anyone with Coronavirus within the last 14 days, or if you have symptoms, please do not come to the clinic. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to help. Please check our web site for up-to-date opening hours.

HOMING FACILITY

Our homing facility also remains closed to the public, although some homing is taking place using special temporary procedures. Please continue to apply for animals using the online adoption application forms and our team will be in touch with you directly. Please be patient, as we are operating under much more difficult conditions than normal.

CHARITY SHOPS

Our charity shops at Hillingdon, Cippenham and Denham are closed in line with the latest Government guidelines. PLEASE do not leave donations outside our shops, as there are no staff in attendance to take them in. We would be extremely grateful if you could keep the items for us until we are able to re-open. We will be running further auctions and selling Christmas cards via our Facebook page – please bid in our auctions and purchase items to support us where possible, as we are still desperate for funds.

Thank you so much for your continued support and kindness.
