June 4th 2026: Annual General Meeting 2026

To all our RSPCA Branch members

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for RSPCA Crewe, Nantwich and District Branch will be held on the evening of June 4th 2026 in Crewe, Cheshire (YMCA, 189 Gresty Road, Crewe CW2 6EL).

If you are a Branch member and would like to attend, please contact the Branch Secretary (at the email address below) to register by 17th May 2026 at the latest.

Branch activity and achievements. We have captured all that we did last year in our Trustees’ Annual Report 2025. As a small, separately registered, local charity, staffed entirely by volunteers, we are pleased with what we have achieved in 2025 and we hope that, once you read the report, you will be proud to be a member of the Branch.

Stand for election as a trustee for the Branch. If you have been a Branch member for at least three months (by the date of the AGM), you are entitled to stand for election as a trustee for the Branch. Have a look at our Trustee Role Description to see what is involved in this important role. If you are interested in helping the Branch in this way, please complete a Nomination Form and return (by email) by 17th May 2026.

Propose a resolution. If you have been a Branch member for at least three months (by the date of the AGM), you are entitled to propose matters for the Branch to discuss and vote on at the AGM. If you wish to do this, please complete a Resolution Form and return (by email) by 17th May 2026.
