The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for RSPCA Crewe, Nantwich and District branch will be held on the evening of August 24th 2021.
Assuring the safety of our AGM participants is a top priority for us. Therefore, we have taken the decision to limit AGM participation to branch members who have notified us beforehand of their planned attendance. If you are a branch member and would like to attend, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to request registration. Registration requests must be received by us by 9th August 2021 at the latest, so that we can ensure sufficient social distancing capacity.
Whilst we are disappointed not to be able to tell you the news of our successes in person, we have captured all that we did last year in our Annual Report - year ending Dec 2020. As a small, separately registered local charity, staffed entirely by volunteers and responsible for our own fundraising, we are pleased with what we have achieved in 2020 and we hope that, once you read the report, you will be proud to be a member of the Branch.
Standing for election as a trustee of RSPCA Crewe, Nantwich and District branch
Branch members who have been members for more than 3 months before the date of the AGM are entitled to stand for election as a trustee for the Branch.

Proposing a resolution
Branch members who have been members for more than 3 months before the date of the AGM are entitled to propose a matter that they wish the Branch to discuss and vote on. The current Branch Committee must approve any resolutions before they can go forward for discussion. If you wish to propose a resolution, complete and return a copy of the Resolution Form by 9th August 2021.
