CHARITY SHOPS                                                         

We have three charity shops, they sell homeware, bric a brac, books, fashion and children's items so whether you have something to donate or are looking for a bargain, your local RSPCA charity shop is worth visiting. If you have larger items of furniture or a lot to donate please contact us on 01354 653857 and we may be able to arrange a collection.

When you shop via us on the RSPCA Online Shop, you're helping to support our work. So whether you're buying a dog bed or a cat bowl you know that the purchase you make will help benefit animal welfare in your local area.

MAKE A WILL

A legacy to the RSPCA Cambridgeshire and Mid East  Branch will provide crucial funds. We could not carry out our work without such generous support.  You can do this by making a will or by adding a codicil (a document which specifies alterations to your will). If you are making a will, please remember that the RSPCA Cambridgeshire Mid East Branch and other RSPCA branches are separate registered charities.

If you would like the animals in your local area to benefit, we would respectfully suggest that your legacy reads:

I give the sum of £………. (or specify a share of residue) to the RSPCA Cambridgeshire and Miss-East  Branch  , Registered Charity Number Xxxxxx,  for its general purposes and I declare that the receipt of the Honorary Treasurer or other proper officer of the said RSPCA branch for the time being shall be a full and sufficient discharge for the said legacy.

Please note that a will or codicil needs to be properly witnessed and you should obtain legal advice. Gifts to registered charities are generally exempt from inheritance and capital gains taxes.

It's incredibly valuable to us to know your intentions when it comes to leaving a gift in your Will. It also means we'll be able to keep you up to date with the work we are doing to help save animals from cruelty and neglect, and to thank you properly for your generosity. Of course, you may wish to keep your decision private.
