Zeus came into our care after being kept in unsuitable living conditions, where he was kept in a crate for up to 23 hours a day. But now can¿t wait to find his forever home.

Zeus is a sweet young boy, keen to please and loves to learn. He has already mastered so many commands, and absolutely loves to keep his brain busy - he is very motivated by food and would love to be involved in further training or classes in his new home. Zeus is very enthusiastic about his walks, and loves to bounce about and zoom round the field. He is working hard on his heelwork when on lead, and coming along well, but has already mastered his off lead recall! He would benefit from an active home, who can help provide the mental and physical enrichment he craves!

Zeus loves to play with toys, and has mastered the art which is toy swapping. He is always so happy to see his favourite people, and will enjoy a fuss, but he is also on his best behaviour when making new human friends too! Due to his friendly nature, he could live with children aged 12+, but would need to be dog savvy due to his size!

Zeus has mixed with some dogs at our centre, and he has had many fun times mixing with similar girls! He can be quite playful so would suit a dog with a similar personality as he may be a little OTT for some dogs. He has had lots of training with this and, thanks to him being super clever, he is coming on super well. For this reason we believe he could live with a female dog of similar size and personality.

Zeus cannot live with cats or other small animals, as he has a high prey drive. This will also mean he will need to be monitored when walking in areas abundant with wildlife, and only let off lead in secure spaces.
