Rescue Rabbit's in need of rehoming

Lots of Loveable Rabbits looking for their furever home.

In 2016 the centre did an amazing job of rehoming 81 rabbits giving them all a second chance.

Did you know that there are many different breeds and varieties of rabbit, varying in size, body shape and personality. Typically, they live for 8-12 years, but some may live for longer.Rabbit's are very intelligent and need things to keep them entertained.

Here at our centre the rabbits are health checked by a vet and also complete a behavioural assessment to identify the individual needs of that particular rabbit. This means when potential adopters come to meet our rabbits we can give them various information on the rabbit’s personality before they decide if it’s the perfect match for their new home.

All our rabbits will be neutered, vaccinated, treated for parasites and micro chipped before they go home.

At our centre we are always looking for suitable new homes for our rabbits, so it’s very important to us to make sure we provide the as much information as possible to any new adopter. We make sure that we cover all the essentials on how to on care and looking after a rabbit but what suitable enrichment, food and accomodation will be required. Plus this support is continued after the adoption where we follow up with the new family to see how their new addition has settled in (and hear all the fun stories, which is the best part of rehoming). We are always at the other end of the phone or email if any queries arise.

Sadly some rabbits take a bit longer to rehome than others. These can be rabbits that need some extra TLC ones that need to gain more confidence.

Please meet Saturn approx 2 yrs. He came into our care with 6 other rabbits and didn’t have the best start to life. Saturn was very nervous on arrival, but whilst being in our care has settling in well. We strongly believe that in a permanent home he will continue to build his confidence and settle more.

Could you be the perfect new family that Saturn has been patiently waiting for?

He is looking for a home where he can slowly take his time to settle in so a patient owner. Due to Saturn being very clean he could either live as an indoors or as an outdoor rabbit (providing the correct facilities are in put place.)

If you feel Saturn is any of our other rabbits might be a perfect match to your family, then please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us.

Whether you are looking for a single rabbit or to pair up a current rabbit we can help to assist.
