Restrictions in England and Wales due to Covid 19 are changing regularly and we need to alter our adoption processes to ensure we are meeting Government requirements and keeping people safe. Overall we are still rehoming, predominantly using a remote process. Depending on local restrictions we may be able to allow some visits by appointment or we might need to deliver the animal to you. It is therefore important that you check with your local centre what their requirements are before seeking to progress an adoption.

In line with Governement guidlines we will re open on 12th April for APPOINTMENTS ONLY.

Rehoming is still being carried out remotely in most instances, but we are now arranging collections by appointment. Due to this we are now able to rehome some animals to locations that are further away than the previously stated one hour's drive. Some dog introductions are now taking place on site.

Ashley Heath RSPCA remains closed to the public but our phone lines are open, 03001230749  Tues - Sun 9.30 -430, we are closed all day  MONDAY. You can also contact us by email on ashleyheath@rspca.org.uk

For adoptions, please first check Find a Pet to see if there's an animal you'd like to rehome, and read about the new adoption process: https://www.rspca.org.uk/findapet/rehomeapet/process

Please be aware we can  receive multiple applications for one animal and we are unable to respond to all enquiries.  If the animal is no longer on the website it will have been reserved awaiting the HV process.  Please continue to look for other pets and apply as normal.

Here at Ashley Heath most of the animals have been rescued from neglect and bad treatment by their previous owners. When they come to us they are often nervous of strangers. We spend weeks, sometimes months, looking after them and preparing them for a second chance in life.

We look after and re home cats, dogs, rabbits and other small domestic animals - at any one time we could be  caring for over 180 animals.
