The handsome Hero is sadly back up for adoption. He is an absolutely gorgeous natured boy, but he will need time and patience to enable him to become a pet. 

He is not opinionated at all when out and about. He’s super friendly with other size appropriate dogs. Unfortunately he is scared of bigger dogs. He is fine with and ignores cats as long as they don’t challenge him. 

Hero is quite food defensive and needs to be fed away from other pets. 

Although he is perfectly happy around children, we would prefer any contact to be with older children possibly 10 years upwards.

Hero travels well in the car but unfortunately is not yet fully house trained as he hadn't lived in one until his short adoption which ended when his adopter died suddenly.   As a result this will take patience and time from his adopter. If you can’t deal with accidents and give him a bit of slack please don’t apply! 

He has not experienced the outside world and needs time and patience to help him adjust. He can become bonded to one person and we hope to find a home that is experienced with his breed.

Why I'm special

Hero  is an absolutely gorgeous natured chap, approximately 2 years old but he will need time and patience to enable him to become a the perfect boy he was meant to be.   He eperienced a set back in his house training due to the very sad demise of his original adopter.

He is not opinionated at all when out and about. He’s super friendly with other size appropriate dogs. Unfortunately he is scared of bigger dogs. He is fine and ignores cats as long as they don’t challenge him.  

He is food defensive with other pets in the home so a separate dining table is to be preferred.   Hero loves traveling in the car with his family. 

He soon bonds with his special person and although he is still a bit cautious of the big outdoors we are sure he will soon be happily trotting along with his humans in the countryside.
