About Me

Breed: Border Collie crossbreed
Colour: Black and white
Age: 2 Years (approx)
Ref: 100

Personality:
Meet our lovely boy Zorro! He is an active young boy who loves to learn new tricks, play with balls and most of all have cuddles and jump into your arms for a fuss. He is great fun to spend time with! Zorro is highly intelligent and loves to learn especially when motivated by both toys and food. He is also a sociable boy who has plenty of doggy friends here at the centre.

Behaviour:
Zorro is smart and active. Being as active as he is, Zorro thrives when he is kept busy and would be a good companion for agility or canicross. Zorro can be nervous around strangers, cars and busy areas so he will need several meetings, to build up trust with new adopters and to gain more confidence around being in cars. He is also fully muzzle trained if it is needed in unsure situations like the vets.

Housing:
Zorro would thrive in an adult only, quiet household, with his own garden that has 6 foot fences. Zorro will be a great match for an active family that has an interest in learning dog training/tricks with Zorro.

Children/pets:
Zorro could live with another well matched dog, this would be pending successful meets at the centre and have the means to separate the dogs for periods while Zorro is settling in. Zorro cannot live with cats or children.

Vet history:
Zorro has no outstanding medical conditions, he is fully vaccinated, flea, wormed and will be brought back to be castrated once he is settled into his new home.

Adoption fee:The adoption fee is £220. If you would like to make an additional donation over and above the adoption fee, this would be hugely appreciated.
