Run Oxford Half Marathon for RSPCA Oxfordshire

We have a number of charity places for the Oxford Half Marathon on Sunday 15th October.

Oxford Half returns with Limelight Sports and a beautiful route of 13.1 miles through the University Parks and historical Oxford City Centre. The route takes you through old Marston village, alongside the River Cherwell and past Oxford University’s impressive Lady Margaret Hall, before you pass beneath the finishers line on Parks Road.

Charity places for Oxford Half

Join us to run those miles in support of pets in need in our very own wonderful county of Oxfordshire. Make your passion for running count, as you raise a minimum of £250 to help pay for vet bills, care and accommodation for rescued and surrendered cats, dogs, rabbits, birds, small furries and the occasional exotic!

We’d love to see you from the side-lines and give you a huge cheer as you pass. All you need to do is complete our quick form and pledge to raise a minimum of £250. We ask for a non-refundable registration fee of £10 which will both secure your place and cover the cost of your official RSPCA Oxfordshire tee-shirt. All money raised goes directly to the care of animals in need, in Oxfordshire.

On the day, we hope you enjoy your run, and come to find us after for a photograph and to collect a little thank you from us. We’ll be in touch after you sign up to arrange the delivery of the tee-shirt and a meeting place.

Can’t run, but still want to support us?

Join us on the day as part of the RSPCA cheer squad! We’d love to have volunteers to spur our runners along, it really does give such a boost to see a friendly face and hear your name, especially when your legs are heavy and your lungs are burning! And remember to take lots of photos on the day to share on social media using our tag @rspcaoxford (Instagram) and @RSPCA Oxfordshire on Facebook.
