20 cats in distress rescued

20 cats rescued by RSPCA Oxfordshire

In May 2017, our RSPCA inspectors received a distressing call concerning 20 cats in the Witney area. They were all found in a bad living condition, and needed to be re-homed as a matter of urgency. Luckily, the Abingdon and Witney Farm College Cattery was available to us, and the cats were all taken there.

We would like to say a special thank you to trustee Linda, who organised everything smoothly, and to all of the students and volunteers, who took time out to feed and clean our furry friends.

We are happy to say that ALL of the cats were successfully re-homed, after paying a visit to the Vet. If we didn’t have this support from our volunteers, the cats may have never found their forever home.
