On Friday, 2nd May, we were thrilled to welcome the KCOM Estates Team for their Team Volunteering Day at our Animal Rescue Centre.

The team started with an introduction to our charity and a tour of our facilities, learning about the vital work we do to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals. They then rolled up their sleeves to help refresh our Rabbit Garden and dog play yard, giving the tired, rainbow-painted fences a much-needed facelift. Thanks to their enthusiasm (and the paint and equipment they kindly provided), the team transformed the space in no time!

After their hard work, they spent time meeting some of our cats and dogs — an important part of the animals’ rehabilitation and welfare journey.

We are also incredibly grateful for the generous donations of items from our Amazon Wish List and for raising an amazing £95 to support our charity.
