The RSPCA Gloucester City & District Branch is an independently registered charity and has been offering animal welfare services since 1978. The Branch is run by a committee of volunteer trustees who generously give up their spare time to oversee the day to day running of the Branch.
The branch operates a twice weekly veterinary clinic in Horton Road, Gloucester and provides various animal welfare services for animals and wildlife in our area.
As a separately registered charity, the Branch is responsible for raising the funds required to continue our welfare work and we are constantly looking for ways to generate more income through fundraising activities and legacies as we do not receive any local government funding. To do this we are always in need of help and if you would like to get involved then take a look at our 'How You Can Help' page.
