If after discussion there is a need for emergency veterinary care we will direct you to the service that is available at the time of calling.  We are working hard to provide an emergency service as well as partnering with other local clinics.  The opening hours and locations may vary and be dependent on needs and the type of emergency. 

PRESCRIPTIONS - We are currently arranging email or postal prescriptions where we can. If you require a prescription for flea and worm treatments and/or the management of ongoing conditions, please email info@rspca-northessex.org.uk with

• your first name, surname and the first line of your address
• your pet's name
• the drug(s) you require
• an update of your pet's condition(s)
• the best number we can contact you on should we have any queries or need more information.
