How you can help
We need towels, blankets and newspapers. If you have any spare, please bring them along and put them in the yellow bins outside the centre. We need a constant supply to care for our wildlife patients.
We also have a Salvation Army clothes bin, a glass bin and a can/tin bank outside the centre. So you can recycle many of your unwanted items all in one go.
If you'd prefer to donate a gift instead of cash, please take a look at our Amazon wish list to see if there's anything on it you'd like to donate to the animals here at East Winch.
If you buy something from the list, you can ask for it to be delivered straight to us at:
Gayton Road, East Winch, KINGS LYNN PE32 1LG.
Remember a loved one in our memorial garden
We’re developing a peaceful haven for wildlife which will also provide a tranquil place for you to remember a loved one. The half acre site has been built with trees, shrubs, hedging and a grass area interplanted with wild flowers and a wildlife pond.
The garden is visited by many bird species including finches, tits and thrushes which feed on the berries and seeds and nest in the hedges. Dragonflies fly over the pond and toads shelter under the log piles.
To commemorate a loved one in our memorial garden you can:
- place a plaque in the garden (for £100)
- place a plaque underneath a tree in the garden (for £100)
- plant a new native tree near the garden (for £150).
You can also visit the memorial garden by appointment.
