Here at the South Yorkshire Animal Centre, Animal Welfare is always our top priority and therefore on the 4th of December 2017 we are introducing assisted viewing for our dogs.

Customers will go through an initial matching process on entering reception and will see the dogs that best suit their needs. This will improve customer service, reduce the stress on our dogs in kennels, and ensure that our dogs are seen in the best environment. Customers will complete an online form providing personal details and requirements for a Perfect Match. We will have a staff member to help and guide you through this new process.

Once suitable matches are identified, customers will be seen by the Customer Care team who will liaise with the Animal Care team regarding the dogs that you would like to view. Our Animal Care team will then look after you and introduce you to your preferred matches. If no dog is identified at this time customers can talk to one of our Customer Care staff.
