We can help pet owners, in our Branch area only, who are in receipt of benefits and who genuinely cannot afford the full cost of veterinary treatment for their pets. Each request is considered individually and financial assistance cannot be guaranteed.

To apply for help, we ask owners to complete a short questionnaire. This includes confirming that other payment options have been explored before contacting us and providing proof of the benefits you receive.
