Anglesey (Ynys Mon) Branch

How you can help animals in our care

We greatly rely on your support. We are responsible for raising our own funds locally. Without this, we would struggle to help the animals in our local area.

There are lots of ways you can help us:

  • Volunteering

A few hours of your time would make a huge difference. From fostering or home visitor, to working in our charity shop.  Please see a list of volunteering opportunities  available within our area. We would be delighted to have you on-board!

  • Fundraising

Help us to raise awareness of our charity, and raise some essential funds too! Here are some fundraising ideas to help get you started.

  • Shopping

When you shop via us on the RSPCA Online Shop, you're helping to support our work. So whether you're buying a dog bed or a cat bowl you know that the purchase you make will help benefit animal welfare in your local area.

And of course, you could also pick up a bargain in our local shop too.

  • Donating

Help fund our vital work by setting up a monthly donation.

Donate much needed items to our local shop in Holyhead.

  • Leave a legacy

A legacy to the RSPCA Anglesey (Ynys Mon) Branch will provide much needed funds. You can do this by making a will or by adding a codicil (a document which specifies alterations to your will).  Please note that a will or codicil needs to be properly witnessed, and you should obtain legal advice.

Gifts to registered charities are generally exempt from Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax so a gift to the RSPCA Anglesey (Ynys Mon) Branch would therefore greatly benefit local animals with minimum burden to your estate.

  • Campaigning for animal welfare

Animals desperately needs our voice.  They need us to speak out for them. Please find a list of our national campaigns that need your support.
