General contact details

For general enquiries please contact the branch telephone number below (8am- 8pm):

*** COVID-19 *** During this difficult time we are fully aware that people are going to ask us for help with their pets. As you know we cover Woking and surrounding area for people requesting financial help with their pets. During this time and with much uncertainty ahead we regret to announce that we are going to have to prioritise with those who approach us for help. We do not want any animal to suffer, please still contact us as you would normally and we will try our best to help. Unless it is a real emergency please only call during normal veterinary hours. We are a small self run Branch who works hard to raise money for the animals in our care and to support members of the public, sadly due to the current situation we are unable to fundraise and our three locally run charity shops are having to be closed intermittently, understandably due to lack of volunteers, who we value greatly. Thank you for your understanding. We are still here if needed.
