What happens to a service complaint about an RSPCA branch?
Our branches are separately registered charities which operate within the framework of the national Society’s policies and guidelines. If your complaint relates to one of our branches, then we will explain this in our acknowledgement and confirm who your complaint has been forwarded to for investigation and reply.
In order for a complaint about one of our branches to be investigated fully, we will need to share your details and the complaint itself with the branch concerned. If it is essential that we do not share it with the branch, please tell us this in your complaint.
Your complaint will be logged at Head Office and handled in line with the national complaints procedure.
