How you can help Southall Cattery

How you can help Southall Cattery image

It costs the RSPCA around £700 a day to run Southall Cattery. We rely entirely on kind donations from people like you, so if you would like to donate online please click the big red Donate now button on this page. We'd be grateful for any amount you can give us. Please think about Gift Aid, which allows us to reclaim the tax on your donation.

We can recycle stamps - we managed to get £20 for the last bag. So please save the stamps on your letters and cards and bring them in to Southall Cattery's reception next time you're passing.

We can also turn your unwanted  empty inkjet/toner cartridges,  into cash, so please bring them along to us. If you can't bring them in, you can still donate them through the post - read more on the Recycling Factory's website.

The cattery has a clothes and shoe bank. Instead of throwing away worn out clothes and shoes, please bring them in so that we can have them recycled, and receive money for doing so.

If you have time to spare on a regular basis and can lend a hand by volunteering, we would love to hear from you.

If you shop online you can support us by going through easyfundraising first. Choose 'RSPCA Cat Centre Southall' as your cause when you sign up, and when you go through easyfundraising to your usual online shop, eg.Amazon, a donation comes from the shop to the Centre. There is no extra cost to you.

Perhaps you could think of some fundraising ideas, such as a sponsored run, skydive or walk. Or you could hold a cake sale at work. How about having a donation collection box at your work place or at a local pub or club.

And of course if you want to adopt a cat from us it will help us by making room at the Cattery for another cat in need.

We are always in desperate need for cat food and toys if you are able to donate. We are always grateful for cat climbing frames and scratching posts in useable condition, the cats love them!

We're always keen to hear from people if they can help us in any way, so please get in touch or pay us a visit (see the opening times opposite). We look forward to meeting you.
