JACK

Remove from my favourites

Meet our lovely lad Jack; he is such a little sweetheart who came into our care after his previous owner sadly passed away. He has settled in well and now gives the loveliest head bumps and will rub into your strokes, whilst marching on the spot, dribbling and purring away in utter contentment.

Jack is looking for a quiet home with sensible secondary school aged children and no other animals so that he can be the focal point of someone's universe, he deserves nothing less.

If you think Jack would make a great addition to your home, please ask about him in reception.

My personality

  • I'd prefer to be the only cat in a home
  • I need to be able to go outside and explore
  • I could live with children of secondary school age
  • I'm a shy guy; I'll need time to settle
  • I would prefer not to live with a dog

Thinking of adopting me?

There's a lot to think about before taking on a pet.  Read our rehoming page to find out more about adopting from the RSPCA.

If you see an animal you think is suitable, please contact the Newport animal centre staff who will ask you to complete an adoption form. A home visit is always arranged and everyone in your household would need to meet the animal. All dogs, cats, rabbits and ferrets adopted from us are neutered, microchipped and vaccinated (all included in the adoption fee).
