WE ARE RECRUITING
We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Assistant Manager at our Whitely Bay Store. The
position is for 21 hours over 3 days.
The RSPCA Charity shops play a vital role in not only raising money but also by
promoting and raising awareness of the local Branch and the work we do.
As Assistant Manager you will assist in achieving and maximising shop sales and profits,
identifying income opportunities, recruiting and motivating a team of volunteers and
delivering excellent customer service.
What is required?
We are looking for people with the following:
Previous experience of working in a retail environment
Cash handling and reconciliation
Experience in a customer facing environment
Computer literacy and administration skills
Experience of working with volunteers will be an advantage.
In addition you will be required to work additional hours to cover for the Shop Manager
and to provide cover at other stores, therefore flexibility is essential.
