Long Resident Anya finds her forever home

Long Resident Anya finds her forever home 24/11/13 image

Anya entered RSPCA care in May 2013 as an injured stray. She was underweight and suffering from sore eyes. She was treated at a local vets and then came to this branch to find a new home. However despite being so pretty, Anya had a cheeky side that we liked to call her 'cattitude' which unfortunately dissuaded some adopters. Poor Anya was over-looked for many months whilst other cats arrived and went to their new homes. After 6 months of waiting Anya has now been adopted by a lovely couple who had previously adopted a cat from this branch 12 years ago who also had a more cheeky side to her personality. Anya went home yesterday and looked so happy to have eventually found her family. We have cats of all shapes, sizes, ages and temperaments looking for homes and we truly believe that there is the right person and home out there for every cat, even if it takes that bit longer to find them, such as in the case of Anya. If you can offer a loving new home to one of our cats please contact our Rehoming Co-ordinator (Sarah) on 07973 952575.
