North Wiltshire & Newbury District Branch

How we help local animals

At RSPCA North Wiltshire and Newbury District Branch we prioritse the welfare of wild and domestic animals. At our wildlife rescue centre, RSPCA Oak and Furrows, we rescue and rehabilitate wildlife casualties 365 days of the year.

We also work with the national RSPCA to find suitable forever homes for cats who have been injured, neglected, mistreated or abandoned. We do this through our Volunteer Cat Fostering Programme.

We offer financial assistance for veterinary treatment to owners on some government benefits. We also promote responsible pet ownership through neutering and microchipping campaigns. Occassionally we run local welfare campaigns such as free microchipping and free neutering. Contact us for further details.
